Kickboxing Federation of Singapore runs a High Performance training programme, also known as the National Training Center (NTC) Programme, for all its 7 recognised disciplines i.e:
Entry into the NTC Programme is via selection only. Kickboxing Federation of Singapore conducts regular recruitment selection trials for this purpose. All selection trials are generally advertise on our communication channels with at least one (1) month advance notice. The objective of the selection trial is to identify and recruit Kickboxers with natural talent for Kickboxing and aspirations to represent Singapore at major international competitions. The trial is open to all Affiliate members of the Federation (Singapore Citizens only) to register for.
If selected, kickboxers depending on their age, will be expected to commit to up to 16-30 hours of training per week, or otherwise to be determined by the Technical Director (TD). Besides being physically present, Kickboxers will also be expected to show discipline and psychological drive for continuous improvement at training.
